The MACHINES is a basic must have MACHINES, used for side trimming and slicing of foam blocks. The MACHINES is also used to cut cushions and all types of straight or slant edges. The MACHINES has an endless band knife with single or double beveled edge, running on four dynamically balanced Aluminium wheels with rubber lining. The edge is formed by a set of polish grinder wheels, which are either friction driven or motorized. The MACHINES has a table which moves to & fro manually or by motor. Blocks are placed on this for cutting. The knife cuts when the table is moved from one side to the other. A graduated side fence is used for positioning the block at exact right angles for next cut in the block. The MACHINES can also be provided optionally with slant cutting arrangement.
