This is the Maxfoam slabstock foam MACHINES for medium to large scale production of foam blocks continuously. The MACHINES has a variable width trough & a set of fall plates to adjust the square profile of the foam produced. The side walls of the tunnel are adjustable for widths upto 2500mm. The conveyor is made of aluminium slats of 100mm width & are driven by a variable speed drive which can operate from 1.5 to 9 meters per minute.
The mixing head has a set of solenoid valves & different chemical streams can be selected from the panel. The MACHINES can change foaming parameters during the foaming process such as density, color, width & height of foam blocks. The MACHINES is fully automatic with manual overrides for all the streams. The MACHINES is controlled by an advanced PLC with touch screen for precise control of all the chemical steams. Optional flowmeters feedbacks can be provided for closed monitoring.
