ET-RM-1 FOAM REBONDING MACHINES

The MACHINES is used to convert the waste foam in to rebonded foam blocks of 60 to 300 kg/ cubic meter density as per requirement. The waste foam is first fed in a chipping MACHINES which makes small pieces of foam suitable for rebonding. These chips are fed in a mixing chamber where the chips are sprayed with adhesive PU chemical & mixed. This mixture is then fed in a mould where it is hydraulically pressed to yield a rebonded foam block. This block after curing can be used for slitting & converted to sheets as required for use.
