This MACHINES is a convulator & is used to make dimple or helical profiles in foam sheets. One slit makes profiles in two sheets & results in zero wastage while making profiles. The sheets can be used as mattresses toppers or packing material or acoustic absorber. Different shapes of profiles can be made with different types of pressing rolls. The depth of profile can be controlled by maintaining the distance between the rolls.
