ET-SM SHREDDING & CHIPPING MACHINESS

This MACHINES chips foam to small pieces for use in rebonding machines & for pillow fillings. The MACHINES has 2 sets of rotating & fixed spokes or knives which chips the waste foam in to small pieces. The pieces pass through a mesh for chip size control. The size of the mesh can be varied for changing the size of chips. The MACHINES is equipped with a blower to transfer the chips to rebonding MACHINES mixing chamber. The MACHINES can be supplied in various sizes of 20 to 60 HP, depending upon the chips requirement.
