ET-BB BLOCK BORING MACHINES

The MACHINES is used along with peeling MACHINES & its function is as the name suggests is to cut a hole in the Foam block. The mandrel can thus be inserted in it. The MACHINES is simple in construction & comes both in horizontal & vertical models. The horizontal model can also insert the mandrel after cutting hole in the block.
The Vertical Block Boring MACHINES has a steel chair shaped structure.It has a boring pipe with a sharp cutter attached to its lower free end.The upper end is driven by a motor with speed reduction. The foam block is placed under the steel structure & the lower button is pressed while the boring pipe is rotating.The rotating pipe slowly comes down cutting a fine hole in the foam block. Once the cutter reaches the other end the pipe automatically goes up. The horizontal Boring MACHINES has a horizontal cutting pipe & sliding table
