ET-FA-1B AUTOMATIC BATCH FOAM MACHINES MODEL

This is a basic manual MACHINES for tiny units & trial production in small quantity. The results are small batches of foam blocks which can be sold commercially for small areas.This is a Batch Foaming MACHINES for production of Foam blocks of various densities with a fair amount of production & can produce up to 3 to 4 tons of foam blocks a day. The MACHINES has all the 5 components metered in a mixing barrel through pumps & solenoid valves. The MACHINES is controlled by a highly accurate PLC & Touch screen display. The smaller version of MACHINES is equipped with a 2 component system for metering Polyol & TDI through pumps & rest manually.
